Nat - National id (Saudi Arabia): The Saudi National ID Card (Arabic: Biṭāgat Al-hawiyya Al-waṭaniyya بطاقة الهوية الوطنية), commonly known by its old colloquial name Biṭāgat Al-ʼaḥwāl, is a Saudi Arabian identity card and proof of citizenship. The card is used for identification with "government agencies and third-party service providers such as banks.
TIN – Tax Identification Number (Saudi Arabia): TIN is issued by the General Authority for Zakat and Tax (GAZT) to all taxpayers and withholding entities (such as government ministries, agencies, and departments). GAZT is the Saudi Arabian tax administration. TIN is issued once to a taxpayer; it remains valid as long as the taxpayer is in operation.
IQA – Iqama Number: The Iqama id will have a 10-digit numerical sequence. It might be near the bottom of the top page, in the centre, or beneath your photo. It is your Iqama number, which you may use to look up your Iqama status on the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Interior's webpage.
PAS – Passport ID: An applicant must have a valid Government ID to be able to issue the passport. The passport photo must be taken whilst the applicant is in Saudi dress, unless the applicant is underage and has no Government ID card. The photo must be 100 mm × 150 mm (4 in × 6 in) in size.
CRN – Commercial Registration Number: The Commercial Registration Number (or Commercial Record Number) is a unique identification number that can be used to identify any business in Saudi Arabia. The Ministry of Commerce assigns the CR Number.
MOM – Momra License: The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (MOMRA) is the entity responsible for issuing site licenses for all facilities and construction licenses for projects (i.e. hospitals, schools, hotels, etc.)
MLS – MLSD License: the MLSD license stands for the Ministry of Labor and Social Development license. It is essentially a business license required for any company or establishment that employs workers in the Kingdom. It allows the company to legally operate and recruit employees within the stipulated labor regulations.
SAG – SAGIA: SAGIA means the Saudi Arabia General Investment Authority. “SAGIA License” means the foreign investment license issued to the Company at Riyadh by SAGIA, number 993/2 dated 16/7/1428.
GCC – GCC Id: Saudi Arabian citizens, along with citizens of other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states, can apply for a unified GCC passport. This passport allows for visa-free travel within the GCC countries. However, it doesn't replace individual national passports and isn't mandatory for traveling.
