Generally, to check the reported invoices at the ZATCA level one needs to follow the below steps:

Service Steps:

1.        Log into ZATCA Website through: zatca.gov.com.

2.        Go to the general inquiry Services.

3.        Click on the invoice review Service.

4.        Enter the invoice number and port, then search.

Review the invoice and request to download it​.

·        Website

Where and how to check? 

During the demo, we saw a statistics page for reported invoices with a count of cleared, warning, and error invoices.

Steps for reaching these statistics page.

1] Login to Zatca Fatoora portal: https://fatoora.zatca.gov.sa

2] From Dashboard -> Click on E-invoicing Statistics Menu

3] Page will be open with statistics data as mentioned below,

Why is Zatca not giving a list of reported invoices?

For now, Zatca only provides statistics on counts. Yet there is no option to download a list of reported invoices to Zatca.

Reconciliation between ZATCA and Taxpayer

We would like to reconcile our invoice values & number of invoices reported with ZATCA values. Is there any report we can get from ZATCA Fatoorah with this information?

So, if an invoice is reported to Zatca, then a list of reported invoices will be available from the ERP or tool only. Zatca is updating their statistics pages, and it will be released directly by them.
